to be saints to get into Heaven. We celebrate this day the
salvation of Christ that has been rewarded these saints and ask
their intercession that we too may join them in their joyful

for all the dead who await entry into the heavenly kingdom, those
who are in purgatory. We acknowledge that not all have fully
embraced Christ in their lives and that God has provided another
path to the heavenly kingdom. Though still separated from God,
these souls have the joy of knowing that their ultimate destination
is with God. We pray this day for God’s mercy upon these separated
souls and a quicker end to their isolation as we pray for that same
mercy to be afforded us. RememberingOurLovedOnes
Parishioners are invited to bring framed 3”x 5” photos of
departed loved ones to be displayed around the Blessed Sacra-ment
during the month of November. We have limited space to display the
photos and request no photos larger than 3”x 5.” Please have them
copied and resized at any local photo shop or pharmacy. Photos
should include a name, address and contact phone number on the back
of the frame so that they may be safely returned.

donating coats, jackets, sweatshirts and blankets. We are already
giving them out to MercyPeddlers and WWJD. Last week we gave out
over 15 blankets to MercyPeddlers and a car load of kids clothes
and toys to WellspringWomens’Center in Oak Park and a carload to a
camp on the river. Thank you for keeping others warm as the
mornings are getting so much colder. Our next meeting is
