DESCRIPTION

A report based on 25,000 pages of email communications between the Michigan Department of Corrections and Aramark. The report, produced by Progress Michigan, shows that the Snyder administration and MDOC were just as complicit in the failures of the Aramark contract as the company itself. The report includes statistics sorted out by prison and features recommendations on how the state can improve contractor accountability going forward.
