1. In view of the new assignments of the Assistant schools Division superintendents, thalignment in the payroll and PSIPOP, and the budgetary allocation, the Schools DivisioOffices are hereby advised to follow the attached Payroll Assignment and PSIPOP Placemenof the concerned officials effective June 2020.

2. The concerned Division HRMOs must coordinate with their fellow HRMOs to ensur

proper placement in the PSIPOP of the affected officials. Likewise, Accountants and BudgeOfficers are advised to request funding from the Department of Budget and Management.

3. Previous issuances relative to PSIPOP alignment of third level officials are herebrescinded.

4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum ardesired.
