A. Elias ltd. is a Construction and Development company specializing in the design and construction of public buildings. The company is also involved in commercial and residential real estate investments.

A. Elias ltd. was established in 1989 by Elias Akawi, BSc Civil Engineering (1985) from “Technion” - Israel Institute of Technology’s faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering in Haifa.

Since the establishment of the company, we gained unique experience in erecting large and complex projects including schools, Community and Health Centers and Residential buildings. Additionally, we worked on smaller projects such as the renovation and rehabilitation of old historical buildings. A.Elias ltd emphasizes on quality control, time schedule standing and fulfillment of the client’s demands and satisfaction.

We hire selected and highly qualified engineers and consultants to fulfill our aims and work according to both Local regulations and international standards (ISO 9001) and in accordance with the Israeli Building Codes.

A. Elias ltd is registered in the Israeli Contractors Union with the highest existing registration (unlimited) and is active throughout Israel and Palestine.

The company has established strong ties with various subcontracting specialists for mechanical, electrical, internal insulation and external waterproofing, and pre-cast concrete. We have worked with mostly the same subcontractors and consultants for the past 25 years and together developed a strong working relationship that advances our commitment to quality and efficiency. It is our goal to pass on this commitment to our clients.

Recently we widened our activities to projects including design; which we conduct through the most qualified consulting engineering offices associated with A. Elias ltd.
