How CoDPON Works

E-health Applications• Remote medical consultations:

– A doctor in Belem promptly checks for life-threatening situations in pregnant women ultrasound files administered by local riverine technicians and sent via the data mule network to the city hospitals

– A riverine patient relates his problem on a video sent to doctors in Belem, who analyze the problem and send their prompt diagnosis back to the patient

– A patient’s electronic stetoscope files are sent to Belem where doctors reviewing the files may call for the patient to immediately come to Belem, upon high risk of a heart attack
