Acts 10:34-38Then Peter began to speak: "…You know

what has happened throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that

John preached-- 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and

healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

Matthew 4:23-5:3Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. 24 News about him

spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the

demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them. 25 Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and the region across the Jordan followed him. 5:1 Now when he saw the crowds, he

went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them, saying: 3 "Blessed are

the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven

John 8:34-38Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave (prisoner) to sin. 35 Now a slave

has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 37 I know you are Abraham's descendants. Yet you are ready to

kill me, because you have no room for my word. 38 I am telling you what I have seen in the

Father's presence…”

Leviticus 25:8-10"'Count off seven sabbaths of years--seven

times seven years--so that the seven sabbaths of years amount to a period of forty-nine years.

9 Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the

Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land. 10 Consecrate the fiftieth

year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you;

each one of you is to return to his family property and each to his own clan.

2 Corinthians 5:16-19So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in

this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone,

the new has come! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us

the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation

1 Corinthians 1:26-29Brothers, think of what you were when you were

called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 27 But God chose the foolish

things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things--and the things that are not--to nullify the things that are, 29 so

that no one may boast before him. •

Hebrews 13:17 Obey your leaders and submit to their

authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage

to you.

The Holy Spirit is the Source of all New Life!

2 Corinthians 3:17-18 (NIV) Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory,

are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the

Lord, who is the Spirit.
