Chiavari ChairsOur chiavari chairs, commonly called wedding chairs are made of a high quality rated hardwood, acrylic and steel. The comfort, construction and quality of our chiavari chairs surpass all others in the industry. They have a beautiful protective shell of many coats of paint that enhance their beauty. The basic wood or acrylic chair will support up to 325 lbs., the steel core chair will support up to 1,000 lbs. Every chair is stored individually covered on a rolling cart in our warehouse for protection. Our chairs are available in white, clear, black, gold, mahogany, silver and natural.

*Steel Core Chairs are available in limited quantities only and support weight limits of 1,000 lbs.

Church PewsA Chair Affair Church Pews and Benches are manufactured for our company. Each piece of pine wood is hand selected for its properties of stability, character and beauty. The mahogany style pews and benches are covered with a commercial grade stain, hand wiped to keep consistency and character, then painted with a lacquer to prevent moisture from entering the wood which provides lasting durability.

Chair PadsOur chiavari chair pads are made with 2" thick high density foam. An extra wide Velcro strap fastens the pad to the chair to prevent separation. There is also double piping on the edges to give a more finished look. These pads provide extreme seating comfort and reliability for your guests. We offer brown, black, silver, ivory, red, burgundy, white, plum and navy blue chair cushions in poly-cotton as wells as a gold satin cushion at no additional cost.

A Chair Affair has coffee brewers, beverage stations, and coffee urns. We carry a large assortment of serving pieces, multiple sizes of serving platters, white bone china platters, white footed serving bowls, cream and sugar sets, champagne buckets, waiter stands and trays, rolling tray racks, baking sheet pan rack and pan sheets, heat lamps, coolers and trash cans, and beautiful buffet dcor pieces. A Chair Affair also carries large and small rectangular and round roll top chafing dishes. These exceptional serving pieces roll halfway back to keep your food warmer and provide easier access. Q. How long may I use the products?

The standard agreement is for a one day rental. If it is necessary to use our products for multiple days, longer term rates are available.

Q. What types of payments are accepted and when is payment due?

A deposit is required when booking your products and the balance is due two weeks before your event. For your convenience, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express as well as cash and personal or company checks are accepted.

Q. Is a reservation required and when should it be made?

Yes, the reservation should be made as soon as possible as it guarantees your product availability.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, depending on the area. Please call our office for information.

Q. When can I expect my products to be delivered/picked up?

Your event is our priority. We will work with you/your planner to determine the best time to deliver and pick up the products.

Q. Can we pickup the products ourselves?

No, our staff handles all transporting of products to and from your event.

Q. Will my chairs and tables be set up and taken down?

Yes! It is important for us to know when your room will be ready for us we will set the tables and put the chairs in place around every table. We then remove them after your event! Congratulations have a wonderful party.

Q. What is my responsibility for returning the products?

Responsibility remains with the renter until our assigned pick-up time. When we return for the products, we will need access to your facility. Delays in access for pick-up could result in additional charges.

Q. What if my venue location requires outside vendors to carry liability insurance?

We do carry a general liability policy and will provide the Certificate of Insurance to your venue coordinator if needed.

Q. What is the difference between Chiavari and Chivari Chairs?
