Lead time is 10-12 weeks from sample approval.Individual monogramming is also available. Please call (877) 421-6001 for quotes and additional information.

PACKAGINGAll products are packaged in individual polyester bags. Terry, Velour and lined robes are packaged 10 per box. Wafflerobes, 20 per box. Velour and microfiber wraps, 20 per box. Waffle wraps, 50 per box. PVC slippers, 50 pairs per box.EVA slippers, 100 pairs per box. Towel packaging quantities vary depending on style; please call for details.

RETURNS & CLAIMSAll orders returned after 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will void all claims. Embroidered goods are not returnable or refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATIONFreight quotes are estimated freight charges and may be adjusted at time of invoicing due to price fluctuations. C.O.D. shipments have an additional charge. Shipments are usually FOB Florida.

PRODUCTION TIMEProduction time begins when both art and credit terms are approved. Most blank orders ship within 24-48 hours. Normalproduction time for embroidered orders is 7-10 business days following approval. Preproduction samples may add 3-4 days to normal production time.
