IV27 4HH

Culloden Centre, designed by Hoskins Architects, is one of the largest construction projects undertaken by the National Trust for Scotland. Designed by Page & Park in conjunction with Charles Jenks, the Maggie’s Centre at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness provides support for people with cancer. The design is based on a composition of building and landscape with two sculpted grassy mounds located on either side of the pavilion to create a trilogy of interconnected forms which aim to represent dividing living cells. IV2 3FL

Laidhay is a two hundred year old rush thatched Caithness longhouse just north of Dunbeath, and is a typical example of the older style of Caithness croft dwellings which were a familiar feature of the agricultural landscape prior to the improvements of the 18th and 19th centuries. KW6 6EY

Built some 5000 years ago, the Grey Cairns of Camster are two of the best preserved Neolithic chambered cairns in the Britain.
