In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 5 of lhe External Trade Act, this Order is made this 17th day of November, 2006.

1. This Order may be cited as the External Trade rule.

(Importation Licence) (No. 9) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2006.

2. (1) The External Trade (Importation Licence) (No. 9) Amendment

Order, 2005 in this Order referred to as the Order, is amended in 36 of 2005.

paragraph 2 by substituting for sub paragraph (2) the following—
