Communion Class For some families, it can be confusing to know whether your child can or should take Communion. If you are interested in learning how Communion works at Calvary, what it means, and if your child is ready to take Communion, we would love to connect some me aſter church this summer. We’ll spend several weeks looking at the Fruit of the Spirit in Galaans 5 to see how God offers us a way of living as new creaons in our world. It is coming soon! Join us for a luxury bus trip on Thursday, July 13 to Southern Exposure Herb and Flower Farm in Bale Creek. We will take a guided tour and enjoy a chef-prepared lunch. There will be me to visit the giſt shop or explore the garden. We will leave church at 9:00 am and arrive back at approximately 4:00 pm. Cost is $30 per person. Sign-up today! Heights of Hope 5K Run/Walk is Wednesday, August 16 at 6:30 pm, followed by the 1.5 Mile at 7:15! Registration to run/walk or volunteer is now open at www.heightsofhope.com.
