Following our worship, prayer leaders will be available at the front of the

sanctuary to pray with you.

At our Welcome Desk… You will find additional information about Calvary, event sign ups, etc. Nursery (infant to age 2) is located across from the office. There is a room for nursing mothers in the nursery. Kingdom Kids (3 to kindergarten) meet in the CAMP room next to the lounge. Children begin worship with their family in the sanctuary, then are invited to go with our adult leaders to Kingdom Kids, usually during the offering.

Picnic at Moran Park with Hope Church & Maple Avenue Ministries. Join us Sunday, July 16 at 5:30 pm for a picnic! Hotdogs, hamburgers to grill, buns, chips, condiments, lemonade and grill will be provided. Bring a salad, side dish or dessert to share and lawn chairs, picnic table service to use. Family Opportunities God Hikes Join us as we head out into God’s beautiful world to learn about finding God in his creation and listening to God’s voice in the wilderness. We will take short hikes at Van Raalte, the Outdoor Discovery Center, and Saugatuck State Park. Hikes and learning activities are aimed towards kids and families, but any able-bodied nature lover is encouraged to participate. Packing list will be distributed ahead of time. Hike dates are Sundays, July 23, August 6, and August 20. See Stephen with questions or if you want to help. Communion Class For some families, it can be confusing to know whether your child can or should take Communion. If you are interested in learning how Communion works at Calvary, what it means, and if your child is ready to take Communion, we would love to connect some time after church this summer. Fruit of the Spirit The sign of faith working in our life is character and a heart full of the things that bring Shalom. We’ll spend several weeks looking at the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5 to see how God offers us a way of living as new creations in our world.

It is coming soon! Join us for a luxury bus trip on Thursday, July 13 to Southern Exposure Herb and Flower Farm in Battle Creek. We will take a guided tour and enjoy a chef-prepared lunch. There will be time to visit the gift shop or explore the garden. We will leave church at 9:00 am and arrive back at approximately 4:00 pm. Cost is $30 per person. Sign-up today!

Heights of Hope 5K Run/Walk is Wednesday, August 16 at 6:30 pm, followed by the 1.5 Mile at 7:15! Registration to run/walk or volunteer is now open at www.heightsofhope.com. Following the race, there is a pig roast, ice cream and door prizes! Participants and volunteers can eat for free; all others can eat for a small donation! Questions?
