We have noticed ... The dining room is right next to the kitchen/breakfast room and does
lend itself to being opened up, my vendors preferred it separate so put the wall up but it
could be easily reinstated. Also, with so many bedrooms there are options to add an
ensuite to the master, or alternatively for those who still like to have some stairs, there are
plenty of ways to change this into a dormer/chalet subject to any necessary planning
consent.
