After breakfast we are going to walk in the streets of Yerevan todiscover the hidden corners of this old and new city. We will visitthe richest depository of the Armenian manuscripts – Matenadaran,collected since the 5th century, when the Armenian alphabet wascreated. Drive to The Holy See of Echmiadzin Cathedral (UNESCOHeritage) – one of the first Christian buildings in the world, foundedin 301-303, when Armenia officially adopted Christianity as a statereligion in 301. On the way back we will visit the archaeological siteof Zvartnots, where Zvartnots temple (7th century) is situated(UNESCO Heritage). Drive to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan. Et

After breakfast at the hotel we will move to the North of Armenia to theMonasteries Haghpat and Sanahin (10th century) inscribed in the UNESCOHeritage list. After a tour in Haghpat Monastery, we will walk to DebedCanyon enjoying the stunning nature. Then the bus will take us to Sanahin,another unique architectural complex. Overnight in Haghpat.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Dilijan, which gained the name “LittleSwitzerland” of Armenia, due to its rich nature and mountains. Drive toLake Parz, from where we will walk to Goshavank Monastery. Afterwards,we will lead our way to Lake Sevan – the pearl of Armenia, one of thehighest freshwater lakes in the world. Our next stop is the oldest observatoryin the world, Karahunj or the Armenian Stonehenge, 3500 years older thanthe Stonehenge in England and 3000 years older than the Egyptianpyramids. Our nextstop will be Halidzor, from where we will take the longest aerial tramwayin the world, called Tatever, and reach one of the most wonderfulmonasteries in Armenia – Tatev. After breakfast we will head to Garni, the only preserved Pagan Temple inthe whole Caucasus area (1st century), from which we will hike to thebreathtaking Symphony of Stones and back. We will continue our way tothe gorgeous Geghard Monastery, which will be awaiting us. Part of themonastery was carved right inside the cliff in the 4th century. Geghard islisted as UNESCO World Heritage. Drive back to Yerevan. Overnight inYerevan.
