2. The sanit~ry & Crockery items should be delivered in this office atAdmn. Genl Sedion, Room NO.74, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

,3. The owner/firm should be ovailoble on his own directteliYphone(office as well as residence) and also on mobile

4. The sanitary & Crockery items would be' of stondmd make. Incase it is found thot the items are found to be sub-standard orunocceptoble nature, il would be open for Ihe office to concelthe contract mid f~)rfeitthe EMD.

5. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in fullor in part without assigning any reason.

6. The dealer/supplier should have experience of supplying ofsanitary & Crockery items to Government Ministries/Departments.Documentary evidence to this effed should be enclosed withquototions.

7. The firm/dealer musl be registered with Delhi VAT Departmentand it should submit copies of documents relating to PANNumber, rrlN number ond VAT/Service Tax numbers along withthe quototion.

26.The quofotion sholl be ~s-componied by on earnest money of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ~ thousand only) in the form of crossedDemond Draft/Pay Order from any scheduled Bank in favour ofPay and Afccounts Officer, Ministry of Steel, New Delhi. 29. The supplier will be liable to replace the rejected /damagedstores within 7 days, failing which the legal action will be taken asdeemed fit by the Deportment.

30. Successful bidder who are awarded the contract of Sanitary & Crockery on thebasis of this tender shall be required to furnish performance security ofRs.IO,OOO/-(Rs. Tcn thousand) through DD or in the form of a Bankguarantee from any scheduled commercial bank within 20 days 91'the awardof the contract.

31.The payment will be mode through ECS/NEFTonly oHer thesatisfactory completion of the job.
