Typically, we think of diversity management not as a craft to master, but more as a program, an activity, a set of tactics, or skills. However, capabilities can be approached as a craft. If individuals are asked what comes to mind when the word craft is mentioned, they cite items like the following: concepts, principles, skills, tactics, art, continuous learning, and the necessity of practice. Implicit in the idea of craft are the notions of practice and mastery
