Color SelectionsJeffco seating is manufactured in Black, Charcoal,Chocolate, and Camel upholstery. Jeffco cabinetry ismanufactured in Black, Brightton Walnut, Wild Cherry,Fusion Maple. Custom colors are available and can bespecial-ordered, taking longer and costing more. Theimported items are normally available only as depicted.

Shipping and HandlingJeffco salon equipment is packaged for safe shipmentdirectly to the dsitributor or salon. Some orders are shippedvia UPS or private carrier, but most orders are shipped viacommon carrier truck-line, F.O.B. our factory. While freightdamage is not a frequent occurrence, no shipment isimmune to the risk of loss or damage. It is the soleresponsibility of the consignee to inspect the shipment fordamage upon receipt and clearly note any damage on thedelivering carrier’s bill-of-lading. Freight carriers have verylimited responsibility for damage that is not promptlyreported or noted on the bill-of-lading, and failure to do thisadversely affects any subsequent claims that may be filed.

InstallationJeffco equipment is designed for easy assembly and/orinstallation. Instructions and the typically neededfasteners are included, but Jeffco also recommends thatall plumbing & electrical work be done by reputable andlicensed professionals who are familiar with the localbuilding codes.

Jeffco Product WarrantiesJeffo salon equipment is guaranteed against defects inmaterial or workmanship as follows:

Shampoo Bowls: Jeffco bowls and faucets arewarranted for two years from the shipping date. Vacuumbreakers are warranted for 1 year from the shipping date.

Hair Dryers: Jeffco's J316, J316t, and J316X Dryers arewarranted for 2 years from date of shipment from factory.All other dryers & processors are warranted for 1 year.

Hydraulic Bases: Jeffco's T and T5 Hydraulic Basesare warranted for 5 years from date of shipment. Jeffco'sG Base and the Barber chair bases and are warranted for1 year from the date of shipment.

Salon Chairs: Jeffco's chair upholstery and componentsare warranted for 1 year form the date of shipment.

Salon Cabinetry: Jeffco's salon cabinetry is warrantedfor 1 year form the date of shipment.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser anddoes not apply to damage caused by water or fire,discoloration, fading, or staining of fabrics or laminates, orwhere there is evidence of improper plumbing orinstallation, tampering, mishandling, abuse, or misuse ofthe equipment. The company recommends that allplumbing and electrical work be done by reputable andlicensed professionals who are familiar with local codes.

Customer ReturnsJeffco warrants the salon equipment against defects,packages for safe shipment, and makes every effort toassure customer satisfaction. In some cases, Jeffco mayelect or require that a product be returned to the factory.In that case, Jeffco will issue a Return AuthorizationNumber which must be clearly marked on the carton.Unauthorized customer returns will be refused andreturned to the sender.
