75 Observations on John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” (NASB)
#1-25 – on just 3:16:
1. John 3:16 begins with a word often used to ground some preceding statement, “for.” 2. John 3:16 states that God loved. 3. John 3:16 states that God loved the world. 4. John 3:16 says that there was a way in which God loved the world. 5. John 3:16 says that the way in which God loved the world was to give his Son. 6. John 3:16 indicates that God is male. 7. John 3:16 states that God has a Son. 8. John 3:16 states that God has one Son. 9. John 3:16 states that God has only one Son. 10. John 3:16 states that God’s Son is able to be believed in. 11.
