THE MOUNT GAMBIER 100 MILE CYCLE RACE HAS STARTED AT MCDONALD’S FOR OVER 15 YEARS, AND DURING THAT TIME MCDONALD’S HAS MADE SOME REAL CHANGES TO OUR MENU...

Riders

100 Mile Cycling Classic 100 Mile Cycling Classic 9

More and more we have become relevant to our active community who expect a wide variety of foods.

At Mount Gambier we frequently serve a mix of elite athletes, customers who eat at McDonald’s nearly everyday.

One group has over 60 Masters Games medals between them and they daily consume a variety of foods from our

main menu and McCafe.

Mt Gambier cyclists are becoming more and more aware of the variety of grain foods and protein high foods

that are on offer at McDonald’s. Fruit smoothies, yoghurts and salads along with a range of meals that have the

Heart Foundations Heart Tick.

The Mount Gambier McCafe is quickly becoming the meeting place for cyclists both before and after rides. A

quick coffee top up or a meal to replace the energy used.

Drop in at McDonald’s Mount Gambier and check the menu out. I’m sure you will fi nd something there for you.

You never know who you may see sitting having a meal or drink.

Drop in and say G’day or catch up for a bunch ride with either Todd or me on the weekend at 8am.
