When: After VA Trainer teaches own class

If trainer got a grade of 85% or higher then go to #6
If trainer got a grade lower than 85% then go to #1 and trainer
will not be allowed to teach the type of class in which
he/she failed recertification and be assigned other
duties
6. Trainer is recertified
Who: VA Trainer
What: Trainer recertification (VA or Stratified)
When: After getting a final evaluation of 85% or higher
Why: Because VA Trainer successfully passed the
recertification
How: VA Trainer signs recertification document

When: After adequate observation of a VA or ST3 class
Why: For training
How: Training and feedback sessions with superior
2. VA Trainer undergoes teachback
