Nearly one hundred children came to a deeper appreciation of the Bible – and of God’s undying love for them – during last month’s Vacation Bible Camp. VBC is a labor of love for many, first and foremost being Debby Sheehan; her energy, enthusiasm, and creativity are the fuel that feeds the fire. She would be the first to offer the credit, first to the Holy Spirit, and then to the many, many young people, teens, and adults whose efforts were vital to the success of VBC:

The Sunday Eucharist

The Eucharist is celebrated on weekdays in the chapel: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30am
Wednesday at 5:15pm, followed by adoration until 9:00pm
Saturday at 8:00am
Sacrament of Penance (Confession) Saturday, 4:00 - 4:45pm
Thursday before the first Friday, 4:00 - 4:30pm
Sacrament of Baptism The sacrament of Baptism is celebrated on the first and second Sundays of the month at 1:30pm. Couples who are awaiting the birth of a child are invited to contact the par-ish office to schedule an appointment with one of the priests.
Sacrament of the Sick
The sacrament of the sick is available to anyone who is acutely or chronically ill, or suffering the effects of age. Please speak with one of the priests.

This Friday, September 1st is First Friday. Confessions will be heard Thursday,
August 31st from 4:00-4:30 p.m. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will
begin after the 6:30 a.m. Mass and continue until Saturday morning at
8:00 a.m. There is a sign up sheet where you can list the time you wish to spend with Our Lord in the
Blessed Sacrament. Remember: the Blessed Sacrament should never be left unattended.
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Genevieve Walsh #918 would like to announce the
winners of our annual Greta Foley Memorial Scholarship raffle.
There were four winners of the $25.00 dollar prize: Debby Sheehan Therese Quinn Pat Labanowski Vinnie Poloniak
There were two winners of the $50.00 prize: Christine Shovlin Debby Sheehan
The winner of the $100.00 prize was Joy Palazzola.
Both Debby and Joy were very generous and they donated their winnings back to the Court. We are grateful for the community's support every year.

VIRTUAL PILGRIMAGE OF LOURDES, FRANCE
CHURCH OF THE INFANT SAVIOUR

North American Lourdes Volunteers will present a 2-hour VIRTUAL PILGRIMAGE to Lourdes, France, at Church of the Infant Saviour on Sunday, August 27
at 2:00 pm. During this guided Lourdes experience, you will immerse yourself in the Gospel Message of
Lourdes as given by Our Lady to St. Bernadette. You will have the opportunity to touch the Grotto Rock
and to experience the healing grace of Lourdes Water. As part of this spiritual opportunity to draw nearer to
God with Our Lady and St. Bernadette, you will receive a Eucharistic blessing and pray the Rosary. A
Plenary Indulgence is granted to the faithful, under the usual conditions, who attend a Virtual Pilgrimage with
North American Lourdes Volunteers. Come and experience the healing grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ
Please come and pray the Rosary every Sunday at 7:30 a.m. before the
8:00 a.m. Mass.
