1. C EFS provides user-based file and directory encryption. It enables storage of encryption keys on smart cards providing better protection of encryption keys. BitLocker adds computer-level data protection. It provides full volume encryption of the system volume, including Windows system files. IPsec deals with the secure transmission of data, where RMS deals with enforcement of digital copyright access and other file usage policies.

2. D Unfortunately, as technology continues to change, older legacy applications lose their compatibility. For needs of legacy applications running in your environment, you may consider the use of virtualization to host an older OS.

3. B We're able still to upgrade from the most recent Windows XP Service Pack, but not on any version older.
