2019. 2. We confirm that in terms of your individual subscriber agreement with Cell C, Cell C has the right

to change, amongst others, the terms and conditions of any Services and/or charges from time to

time, on notice to you, by means of publishing an amended tariff plan and amended terms and

conditions and submitting same to ICASA.

3. Please note that these charges include applicable connection fees, subscription fees, usage

charges, SIM card fees, goods fees and any other charge relating to the provision of Cell C’s

Services to you in terms of your individual subscriber agreement.

4. Cell C will submit the amended tariff plan information to ICASA as per the current regulations. 5. Cell will also ensure that all our affected customers receive notification of these pricing and product

changes via one or more of the following methods: SMS, pop up messages on data devices,

monthly invoices, or on the Cell C website.

6. Should you be unhappy with the proposed changes, you have the right to cancel your contract by

giving Cell C 20 business days’ notice in writing. Standard Cell C cancellations rules and penalties

will apply.

2. The name of the plan will change from MediaPlay to Pinnacle.

3. Some plans will have nite data added.

What does not change?

1. Your monthly subscription fee. 2. The inclusive anytime data, any-net and Cell C minutes and SMS.

3. Your contract term.
