Somdach Ov High School, Bonteay Meanchey
There were 80% students from Som-
dach Ov and Sereisophon high
schools completed the program and
received certificates. Everyone was
pleased including the Principals from
both high schools. The students from
Somdarch Ov high had established a
strong network team and held a
fundraiser to help poor children by
selling water at the local parks and at
the concerts. They had raised some
money and earned 100% profit.
Sereisophorn team has a donation
drive to collect study supplies,
clothes and shoes on a monthly ba-
sis. Our teachers and staff are very
proud of the strong team’s work ethic
that this team has. Their attitude and
behavior have changed tremen-
dously. They used to challenge SF
trainers for their teaching abilities
but at the end they praised them for
the magnificent job they
did. Kheang, Somdach Ov high

June 1, 2013: we had a success-
ful retreat for Cheyvaraman 7
High School of Kandal Province
that was planned in March. The
retreat was held at the Buddhist
Center of Cambodia in Kandal
Province. About 65 people at-
tended. The purpose of the re-
treats were to strengthen and to
remind our future leaders the
skills they need and the materials
we had trained them. We tested
and reviewed the 7H and The
Path for Teens. They did well on
the test. The graduates surprised
us with accurate answers.
We are taking the leadership
training to a deeper level. They
are utilizing the techniques and
the positive advise that Sean/
Steve Covey and Laurie Beth
Jones had instructed in the
books. We are spending qual-
ity time learning so that we
reach our highest potential in
teaching and leading others.
