Demographics
RUSKIN, is a suburb 21 miles south of downtown Tampa on the northern shores of the Little Manatee River. It is located in southern Hillsborough County, and has seen more new-home construction since 2010 than anywhere else in the county. Thousands of houses have been built in dozens of new subdivisions, including Bahia Lakes and Mira Lago in Ruskin.
