In pursuance of Section 5(1) (2) and 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in supersession of all previous orders on the subject, the officers as mentioned in the attached list are designated as Assistant Central Public Information Officers (ACPIOs)/ Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and Appellate Authority for the Section/Subjects mentioned against them in the office of Development Commissioner (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) with immediate effect. The Officers designated as ACPIOs would discharge their functions only in the absence of the CPIO.
