fats and oils from natural resources as well as from synthetic origin, palm oil processing

and marketing, to food fat processing and marketing will be discussed in detail. As a

special feature, we will have symposia on food and diet of humans and its effects

on heart disease, obesity, and arteriosclerosis. In another session,

analytical methods and instruments will be the topic
