At the recent ConsciousnessUnleashed workshop in Medellin, Colombia, Adamus talked at length about hypno-sis. The human mind is subject to many different levels of hypnotic suggestion, he said, ranging from TV ads, Internet information and energies, our families and other people. He also discussed deliberate, malicious hypnotism, using

the Malaysia Air flight MH370 as an example of how it can be used to tar-get specific groups or people. If you remember, flight MH370 disappeared over the Indian Ocean more than a year ago. Not a trace has been found. Authorities and aviation experts have no information into what caused this large Boeing 777 aircraft to vanish.

During the workshop on Sunday, March 22 Adamus said it would happen again soon. On Tuesday, March 24, GermanWings flight 9525 crashed in the French Alps. When I heard the first news of the crash, long before any-thing was known about the cause, I had the same sinking, nauseous feeling as I did when I heard about MH370. Something was wrong. Terribly wrong. It was far too coincidental that Adamus had just talked about another strange aircraft incident.

The news of the crash haunted me. I felt tremendous sadness for those who died, and especially for their families, and for everyone in Germany and Spain. How strange it was that the weather was good, and there didn’t seem to be any mechanical problems because the aircraft had a controlled descent. Plus, there was no distress call from the cockpit. I spent 10 years in the aviation business, and while not a pilot myself, I learned a lot about flying. Something was horribly wrong.

On Wednesday morning I talked to Adamus about the crash. He said this was a case of “deliberate, remote hypnosis.” “Watch the news,” he said. “It will be revealed that the crash was intentional. They will say that the pilot was known as a quiet but nice guy. Ultimately, it will become

known that he had mental issues, and was taking anti-depression medications.”

The next day, a news flash came across my computer screen. It had been determined that the co-pilot locked the pilot out of the cockpit, and calmly put the aircraft into a descent that would ultimately cause the deaths of everyone on board.

Day by day, more information about the co-pilot came out. Indeed, those who knew him said he was a nice guy. “I couldn’t imagine him doing something like this,” said a neighbor. On Sunday morning, the news flashed across my computer screen: “Antidepressants found in co-pilot’s apartment.” My heart sank but I wasn’t surprised.

Something is terribly wrong. What would cause a bright young man, with no history of violence or fanaticism, to take his own life and the lives of 150 passengers? There are four primary factors:

1. We live in a mental society, ruled by the Mind rather than graced by our Spirit. Even our religions are mental, filled with rules and laws and old history. True sensual feeling has been burned out of nearly every aspect of religion.

2. The Mind is in overload, and society treats the prob-lem with medications for anxiety and depression. Even psychologists and therapists use very mental approaches in their treatment. We’re treating the Mind from within the Mind.

3. The Mind is highly susceptible to hypnotic sugges-tion. Some of it is very broad, like fishing with dynamite, and some is very targeted, deliberately aimed at specific individuals or groups.

4. The seduction of power, and the desire for power, makes hypnosis particularly effective.

I’m not talking about stage or therapeutic hypno-

sis. Many suggestive implants come in the form of comments from those we are close to. “You’re never going to amount to anything,” says a parent to a child. This hypnotic implant can stick with the child for life, causing them to either fail or go to the other extreme of obsessive accomplish-ment (numerous degrees, for instance). Other implants come from broad information and entertainment sources such as TV ads, the Internet, newspa-pers, etc. And mass conscious-ness itself has a very powerful hypnotic effect. We are sub-jected to many thousands of messages every day, and there is little discernment about what we accept for ourselves.

According to Adamus, there are groups using deliberate forms of hypnosis to wreak havoc on society. He calls it “remote hypnosis.” Trained hypnotists (Adamus calls them

projectionists) send suggestions into the airwaves, and these suggestions can be targeted to a specific per-sonality group, such as pilots. They don’t need to know the particular pilot, or even have one-on-one contact with him or her. They simply send out a tailored fre-quency, laden with suggestions, and hope a pilot picks up on it. They then track and monitor the responses and results in order to fine-tune their work. As Adamus told me, “Who needs bombs when they can use hyp-nosis to undermine the fabric of society?”

I felt into a few of these groups and was sickened. Adamus then cautioned me not to connect with these energies because no matter how balanced I think I am, they can get into my head and cause a lot of chaos. I don’t want to get into the details of how these groups can influence a young pilot to deliber-ately crash a commercial jet, but Adamus showed me a very clear path of how it’s done. I don’t want you to feel that sickening, power-greedy energy, nor do I

want you to play with those energies. Lets just say it’s very real and effective.

Back to the workshop in Colombia before the crash: Adamus talked at length about hypnosis. As he went through the list of all of the ways we get hypnotic implants, he actually hypnotized the audience to show his point. (Of course, he gave them a beneficial suggestion regarding sovereignty, and then immediately un-hypno-tized them.) I could feel the anxiety in the room during the discussion about hypnosis. Even I felt overwhelmed to know how easy it is to pick up hypnotic suggestions.

But the cure is amazingly simple. And even though it has been discussed by Tobias and Adamus for years, many Shaumbra have not really heard it:

The only thing that is yours is what you choose. Let everything else go.

Adamus has said that up to 95% of the thoughts in our minds are not really ours. They come from somewhere else – other people, past lives, aspects, mass conscious-ness, etc. But few people are discerning enough to choose their own thoughts and let everything else go. As a matter of fact, they try to manage these thoughts, and worse yet battle with them. They think they’re making their thoughts “better” by working on them, but in reality the thoughts aren’t even theirs.

Put another way: You can un-hypnotize yourself byconsciouslychoosingwhattokeepasyours,andlettingeverything else go. You are not your past (at least not how you remember it). You are not part of the collective consciousness, unless you consciously choose to be. You don’t have to carry the burden of humanity on your shoul-’t have to carry the burden of humanity on your shoul-t have to carry the burden of humanity on your shoul-ders. That is one of the biggest hypnotic implants, and one that so many spiritual and New Age people accept without question.

Start living each day with awareness of what’s yours, and what’s not. If thoughts of lack, disease, low self-worth, confusion and depression come in, ask yourself, “Do I choose these?” If not, let them go. They are NOT yours.

In the words of Adamus, “The Master chooses who they are, and lets everything else go. The Master carries nothing other than their I Am.” This is the definition of freedom and sovereignty. It takes no effort or energy. It just takes conscious choice.

Answer: SES is one of the core Crimson Circle classes. Since 2007 it has been taught around the world by Linda and myself, as well as by hundreds of certified teachers. It is by far the most popular CC school. Channeled by Tobias, SES teaches people about a consciousness virus that comes as a result of ancient imbalances, most nota-bly the imbalance between masculine-feminine energy. Students learn about victim-abuser dynamics, and ulti-mately about how others feed on their energy, or how they feed on others. Sometimes we refer to it as the original vampire effect.

In this workshop, Tobias speaks about physical, psy-chological, psychic and sexual abuse and power abuse (“energy stealing”), and provides detailed information about how the student can release deeply imbedded energetic wounds and begin enjoying life in a new way. The process of energy stealing is compared to the work-ings of a “consciousness virus,” (in this case, a “sexual

signs are subtle, such as how a person interacts with others, and if they are wrapped in wounded victim con-sciousness. We make no judgment about it, but we do notice. Other times it is not so subtle. The person will deliberately look for attention, even if it means acting out in imbalanced ways. The telltale signs are things like interrupting, grabbing one by the arm to hold them back while talking, telling long and distracting stories, always showing up late for the sessions, and generally exhibit-ing a huge need for attention at the expense of the rest of the group. We don’t have it happen very often, but sometimes the student acts out in the class with a high degree of drama. Their lives are an emotional train wreck, but even when things settle down they create new drama because this is how they energy-feed.

SES teaches the student that everything they need is within; they don’t need to steal energy from other peo-’t need to steal energy from other peo-t need to steal energy from other peo-ple. It also teaches the student that love for themselves is the greatest gift they can give themselves, as well as other people in their lives, and it can be realized through the sacred practice of Aliyah. According to Tobias, Aliyah means Self love, a blessing of love within. Aliyah dates back to the Atlantian times, and through the SES school Tobias has brought it back to current times.

Generally speaking, I can tell whether or not some-one has taken SES by the way they carry and manage their energy, much as I can tell whether someone has been in military or police service, whether someone is an engineer, whether they are an artist or musician, etc. Generally speaking, SES grads won’t get caught up in

What can you do when it’s all a bit too much and every time you turn around there’s another minor crisis? Between missed deadlines, a drowned cell phone, a tired child (and tired self), scheduling conflicts, friends in cri-sis, insanity on the news and my dear helpful husband out of town, the last several days have bordered on overwhelming. But I know I’m not alone. In

this time of drastic energy change each one of us is facing more intensity than we ever expected. The question is how to keep our balance in the storm – or recover when we’ve lost it. What’s the key to not losing ourselves in the madness? It might be simpler than you think, and something Tobias said years ago.

Over the last several months I have had the privilege of working on Adamus’ new book, Actof Consciousness, and with it I’ve had plenty of opportunities to put the material into practice. Last fall I went into seclusion for a few days in order to do the major editing without distraction. I made a reservation at a cottage, found my way there and checked in. I could already feel Adamus’ close by,

very interested in the production of his book. But when I stepped into the cottage, everything felt completely off. I hadn’t realized from the website that it was really just an old house complete with crooked floors, creaky doors, tat-tered carpets and ancient furniture. It wasn’t cute-old; it was tired-and-worn-out-old. The Internet speed even felt like it was from the last century – not good for a working weekend! To me the whole thing felt creepy and I doubted Adamus would even set his etheric foot in the place. But I’d just paid for the weekend and signed the agreement saying I wouldn’t cancel. What to do?

Acutely aware of how relevant this experience was to the whole project, I wondered, “What on earth am I acting here? And, more important, nowwhat act shall I choose?” It was clear the situation just wouldn’t do, so I took a deep breath, decided to forget the rules, and called the proprietor to ask for a refund. Believe it or not, she was relieved! She had given me a special deal because I would be alone, but a family had just called, wanting to rent the cabin at full price. She quickly gave me a refund, even helped load my bags back into the car, and suddenly I was free. Now, where to spend the weekend?

It was the perfect opportunity to re-choose my act, con-sciously this time. The cottage was almost a replica of my grandmother’s house from many years ago; who knows, maybe I’d been stuck in the past when I made the reserva-tion. It may have been nostalgic to someone, but to me it was just old, tired and dumpy. Now was my chance to choose again. I drove through town, watching for vacancy signs and stopping here and there. But most of the rooms were dark, noisy, or somehow less than what I wanted. It had to be a place that didn’t break the budget andwhere I would feel comfortable inviting Adamus to join me.

Soon I’d driven all the way through town, finding most places either full or unacceptable. Then I saw one more hotel set back under the trees next to the river. It too looked full, but I stopped to check anyway and was told there had just been a cancellation. They had the perfect room overlooking the river, the whole place was quiet, peaceful and very well kept, and the price was actually lessthan the horrid place I’d just left! It was an auspicious beginning to a magical weekend.

Over the last several months there have been many opportunities to become aware of my act, but it’s still so easy to forget. A few days ago I decided to repurpose my old cell phone and set it up for my daughter. At the mobile phone store it quickly became apparent that the young man assisting me didn’t know much about my phone. But rather than speaking up and asking for someone else, I chose the act of feeling frustration and judgment toward him – well hidden of course.

You’d think I would know better by now, because it was the beginning of several days of annoying trips back to the store to fix problems they created, cancel things I ordered due to erroneous information and yes, more frustration. It all culminated in one of the phones being dropped in water and drowned! An entire retinue of people and events, each of them doing everything they could to support myact of frustration. At some point it was all just too much and I stopped caring … and sud-denly things started flowing easily again. Hmm... I let go, and everything changed.

It’s so easy to forget that life responds to the act that we are choosing ontheinside. For example, the last few months have been extremely busy, with lots of new work projects and many little details to keep track of. My usually busy schedule was getting tighter and my usually capable self was feeling more and more scattered. It was time to step out of my “self-sufficient but over-whelmed” act and ask for assistance. I composed an email and put it aside to send later. But within hours help was already on the way! I didn’t have to fix or push anything outsideme; the internal shift was all it took. The dam broke, the internal energy knot started untangling, and the email never did get sent, all thanks to choosing a new act of consciousness.

How do you change your act? First of all, forget about trying to fix something. If my act is resisting whatis, my grand supporting cast just brings more to resist and no amount of “fixing” is going to help. At the every-day human level, the easiest way I’ve found to change my act is to just stop caring. It may not be easy (I really wanted to make that guy understand how bad he messed up!), but my “act” of resistance only brought more hassle to resist. But what if I just let go? Maybe I can just shrug, “Oh, whatever!” and keep walking in my act of mastery.

Shrugging a big “Whatever!” to myself is like turning away from all the props I’ve accumulated, yelling “Cut!” and walking off the stage for a moment. Then, as Tobias said in his brilliant statement of freedom, “It doesn’t matter.” And when it doesn’t matter, I can choose whatever I want. I am free to play with new potentials instead of fighting the old ones. I am free to choosemyact. And then everything changes … even though it doesn’t matter anymore.

There can be many different reasons that someone decides to attend a Crimson Circle Advanced Studies teacher training.

Some do it to deepen their own personal knowledge of the mate-rial, and some love sharing their insights with others and con-

ducting workshops. Whatever your reason, training to become a Crimson Circle teacher will add a new dimension to your

personal experience of the materials.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

To teach any of the Crimson Circle classes, you must:

Pay for and attend the class you desire to teach

Pay for and attend Tobias’ Sexual Energies School

Check the Teacher Training listings in your area, or contact Maija Leisso for more information

Note that for some Advanced Studies certifications (Aspectology, Journey of the Angels and

DreamWalker Life) you must also be a certified Sexual Energies School teacher.
