Once you have registered, you will receive details on how to access the service.

Before you can begin to collect payments from your customers you must first have an authorisation from them to allow you to debit their bank accounts.You have two options, you can use :

/ Paper mandates / Electronic mandates

You can ask your customers to sign paper mandates but Nuapay also allows your customers to electronically sign mandates instantly.

Once you have a direct debit mandate, signed by your customer, you can immediately start setting up direct debits and collecting payments.

Nuapay arranges to collect the specified amount from each customer, and deposits the money collected into your bank account. The money is deposited in your bank account on the date requested by you.

You control how often you collect money from your customers. Nuapay allows you to collect money on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. You can also collect on a one-off basis.
