CONVERSION RATE: (IF YOU DON’T KNOW IT, ASSUME 1/3)

10kCLUBGET REALThe Numbers Game

(To figure out conversion rate, use a fraction. 1 is the number on the top of the fraction and the bottom is how many people you need to speak to in order to close one person.

For example, your conversion rate would be 1/3 or 33% if you close 1 our of 3 people. The 33% is 1 divided by 3.)

You need 10 clients to reach your monthly goal.You want to reach that goal in 60 days.

This is a calculated by dividing 90/30 90 people divided by 30 working days.That turns out to 3 ASKS per day.

So to get 10 new clients you need 30 strategy sessions.To get 30 strategy sessions, you need to ASK 90 people for a strategy session.

To determine your ASKS - assume that for every 3 people you ask, one person will say yes. So to get 30 people to actually DO a strategy session, you must ask 90 people.

(If you don’t know your conversion rate, assume that 1 out of 3 clients should follow through and use 33%)
