We are pleased to invite you to the 6 th ECNP Young Polymer Scientists Meeting on Nanostructured Polymers and Nanocomposites. This conference continues the well-established tradition of international conferences for young researchers started with the European Network of Excellence NANOFUN-POLY in Dresden, Madrid, Lyon and Prague. The conference covers polymer science from fundamentals to applications: synthesis of polymers and macromolecular architectures, characterization, processing, as well as theory of polymers and nanocomposites. The meeting will take place the days before the 10 th ECNP Conference. A short course in basic aspects of polymer science such as polymer characterization, industrial polymers and new applications in medicine and energy will be included. TOPICS - Progress in polymer synthesis -Structure of nanostructured polymers and nanocomposites - Advanced processing and characterization techniques - Modelling of processes and properties -Application of functional polymers in energy, optoelectronics, sensing, biomedicine and others. -Sustainable polymer chemistry (renewable resources, polymer recycling, biodegradable polymers) CHAIRPERSONS Haritz Sardon (Polymat,UPV/ EHU), Spain Jaime Martin (Polymat, UPV/ EHU), Spain Debora Puglia (ECNP/UNIPG/INSTM) Italy PROGRAM The format of the congress will allow all young researchers to present results in oral talks.
