Dear Shareholder,

We find from our records that the undernoted Dividend Warrant(s) issued by our Company to you hasremained unencashed:

Please be informed that the dividend for tpe financial year 2010-2011 and the subsequent years ifremain unpaid or unclaimed for 7 years shall be liable to be transferred to 'Investors Education andProtection Fund' (IEPF) on expiry of 7 years in terms of Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.

Further, pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) read with the InvestorEducation and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, allthe Shares in respect of which dividend has remained unpaid or unclaimed for 7 consecutive years ormore are required to be transferred by the Company to IEPF. The Shares/unclaimed dividends sotransferred to IEPF can be claimed from IEPF Authority in accordance with the procedure prescribedunder the Act.

In view of the above, we would request you to forward the unencashed Dividend Warrants(s) to usfor cancellation and issue of Demand Draft(s) against the same. The Dividend Warrant(s) for the year2010-2011 and for subsequent years, if not available with you, please return to us this letter dulysigned alongwith self-attested copy of PAN Card of first/sole holder, enclosed Bank Mandate Formduly filled up alongwith a cancelled cheque with your name printed thereon and copy of any letterreceived by you from the company. In case your name is not printed on the cheque leaf please sendus the cheque leaf along with copy of bank passbook/statement attested by Bank at the RegisteredOffice address of the Company by 31st July 2018 to enable us to arrange remittance for credit to yourbank account, in lieu thereof, failing which the said Dividend(s) shall be liable to be transferred toIEPF.
