Sono passati pi di 35 anni da quando per la prima volta, assieme a mio fratello, ho deciso di avviare unattivit in proprio. Allora avevamo pochi mezzi, ma potevamo contare su molte idee innovative e sulla voglia di metterci in gioco, incoraggiati da una certezza assoluta: il lavoro ben fatto, alla fine, viene sempre riconosciuto e premiato.

La stessa certezza mi ha consentito, nel 1987, di affrontare con entusiasmo una sfida tutta nuova, fondando Faresin Building. In questazienda ho messo a frutto i valori e la filosofia che da sempre caratterizzano la mia famiglia, orientandoli ad un business allora poco esplorato, con grandi prospettive di crescita: la produzione di una gamma completa di casseforme e attrezzature per ledilizia industrializzata altamente qualificata.I risultati raggiunti dimostrano che non stata una scommessa azzardata, ma una sfida imprenditoriale vincente. Con lo sguardo sempre rivolto al futuro, abbiamo costantemente investito nellinnovazione tecnologica e nella conquista di nuovi mercati, veri motori della crescita.

Lo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti, nuovi materiali, nuove attrezzature, stato affiancato di pari passo dallampliamento della rete commerciale, dalla formazione continua del personale, da un confronto costruttivo con fornitori e clienti. Siamo consapevoli, infatti, che per crescere in maniera sana unazienda deve sviluppare armonicamente tutte le proprie divisioni operative, creando un forte spirito didentit e di condivisione degli obiettivi.

Over 35 years have passed since the first time I decided to start up a business along with my brother. We did not have much wherewithal to work with then but we were able to count on many innovative ideas and on the desire to put ourselves into play, encouraged by one absolute certainty: work properly done is always recognized and rewarded at the end of the day.

The same certainty allowed me to tackle a completely new challenge enthusiastically when I founded Faresin Building in 1987. The values and philosophy which have always characterized my family were put to good use in this company and oriented towards a business that was little explored at the time and which had great prospects for growth: the production of a complete range of formwork and equipment for highly qualified industrialized building.The results achieved show that it was not a reckless bet but a winning entrepreneurial challenge. With our gaze constantly turned towards the future we have continuously invested in technological innovation and in the conquest of new markets, real engines of growth.

The development of new tools, new materials and new equipment has been accompanied by the parallel extension of the sales network, continuous personnel training and a constructive exchange with suppliers and customers. This is because we are fully aware that in order to grow in a healthy manner a company needs to develop all its operating divisions harmoniously with the creation of a strong spirit of identity and shared objectives.

At the same time it was fundamental to keep the link with our roots alive at all time: the land and the family. The entrepreneurial and innovative vitality that characterizes our region, the Veneto, has allowed us to share extremely important experiences and skills with trusted partners and suppliers, to create a network of strategic relationships thanks to which we can present ourselves on the national and international market with the maximum exploitation of our potential. Sometimes I am asked what the secret of our business success is. In reality there is no secret, but a simple element that is evident to everyone in the name of the company itself: family continuity. Mehr als 35 Jahre sind vergangen, seit ich gemeinsam mit meinem Bruder beschlossen habe, eine selbststndige Ttigkeit aufzunehmen. Zur damaligen Zeit hatten wir nur wenige Mittel, doch konnten auf viele frische Ideen und unseren Tatendrang zhlen. Ermuntert wurden wir dabei durch eine absolute Gewissheit: Gute Arbeit wird am Schluss anerkannt und belohnt.

Mit derselben Gewissheit habe ich 1987 hingebungsvoll eine ganz neue Herausforderung angenommen: Die Grndung der Faresin Building. In dieses Unternehmen habe ich die Werte und die Philosophie, die meine Familie seit jeher auszeichnen, eingebracht und auf ein bis dahin unterentwickeltes Segment gelenkt, fr das gute Wachstumsaussichten bestanden: Die Produktion eines vollstndigen Sortiments aus Schalungen und Ausrstungen fr die Baufachindustrie.Die Resultate zeigen, dass es keine gewagte Wette war, sondern eine erfolgreich bestandene unternehmerische Herausforderung. Zukunftsorientiert investierten wir unablssig in die wahren Wachstumsmotoren, nmlich in technische Innovation und die Eroberung neuer Mrkte.

Die Entwicklung neuer Hilfsmittel, neuer Materialien, neuer Ausrstungen erfolgte im Gleichschritt mit dem Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzes, der Fortbildung des Personals, dem konstruktiven Dialog mit Lieferanten und Kunden. Dem lag das Bewusstsein zugrunde, dass ein Unternehmen fr ein gesundes Wachstum smtliche Geschftsfelder harmonisch entwickeln, fr eine starke Identifikation sorgen und die Zielsetzungen zu einer gemeinsamen Sache machen muss.

Heute ebenso wie vor 25 Jahren treten wir tagtglich mit unserem Namen und unserem Gesicht auf, sind uns der groen Verantwortung bewusst, die dies mit sich bringt. Come molte imprese di successo, anche la nostra nasce da una felice intuizione. la fine del 1987: Guido Faresin, curioso ed attento osservatore della realt produttiva italiana, rileva come il comparto edilizio paghi la carenza di produttori veramente qualificati, a fronte di una domanda crescente.Decide allora di colmare personalmente questa lacuna, avviando unattivit di produzione di casseforme. una vera e propria sfida imprenditoriale, nella quale Guido Faresin coinvolge altre quattro persone: un progettista, un commerciale e due operai. Sar una sfida vincente?

I primi segnali incorggianti arrivano nel marzo 1988, con la consegna della prima fornitura di casseforme a marchio Faresin, complete dei relativi accessori. Da questo momento in poi, un crescendo entusiasmante: lintuito e la lungimiranza di Guido Faresin, uniti alla fiducia e alla professionalit dei suoi collaboratori, in ventanni danno vita ad un piccolo miracolo imprenditoriale.

La chiave del successo lanalisi puntuale e precisa delle richieste del mercato, con la conseguente realizzazione di prodotti e nuove tecnologie utili a fornire risposte concrete alle esigenze dei costruttori. I consistenti investimenti in progettazione e ricerca ci hanno permesso nel tempo di creare una gamma completa di prodotti che soddisfano le necessit specifiche dei diversi mercati, avviando politiche commerciali destinate ad alimentare costantemente il processo di internazionalizzazione. A conferma della seriet e della qualit del lavoro svolto, nel 2004 la nostra azienda ha conseguito la prestigiosa certificazione Certificate Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

Il nostro quartier generale sempre rimasto dove tutto cominciato, mantenendo ben saldi i valori fondativi e il legame con il territorio. Ancora oggi a Breganze (Vicenza) si trovano gli uffici direzionali, amministrativi, commerciali e tecnici. Larea ospita anche il dipartimento spedizioni, adiacente al magazzino, ed il parco noleggio di attrezzatura pi grande dItalia. Oggi abbiamo lorgoglio di proporci sul mercato come il primo produttore italiano di casseforme e sistemi per ledilizia industrializzata, tra i primi 5 a livello mondiale.

Like many successful companies, ours also sprang from a lucky intuition.It was at the end of 1987: Guido Faresin, an inquisitive and attentive observer of the Italian production world, noted that the building sector suffered from a shortage of truly qualified manufacturers even though demand was growing.He then decided to fill this gap personally by starting up a formwork production activity. This constituted a real entrepreneurial challenge in which Guido Faresin involved four other people: a designer, a clerk and two labourers. Would it be a winning bet?

The first encouraging signals arrived in March 1988 with the delivery of the first supply of Faresin-branded formwork, complete with the associated accessories. Exciting growth followed from this moment on: Guido Faresins intuition and farsightedness, combined with the confidence and professionalism of his collaborators, gave life over twenty years to a little entrepreneurial miracle.

The key to success is the prompt and precise analysis of market demands with the consequent production of products and new technologies for providing concrete answers to builders needs. Substantial investments in design and research allowed us over time to create a complete range of products that meet the specific needs of different markets with the launch of commercial policies aimed at constantly nourishing the internationalization process. In 2004, as confirmation of the seriousness and quality of the work carried out, our company achieved the prestigious certificate Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

Our headquarters has always remained where we started, firmly maintainingthe founding values and the link with the territory. The executive, administrative,commercial and technical offices are still in Breganze (Vicenza) today. The areaalso hosts the despatch department, alongside the warehouse, and Italyslargest equipment rental park. Today, we are proud to be able to present ourselves on the market as the leading Italian producer of formwork and systems for industrialized building and one of the top five at global level.

Also beschliet er, diese Lcke selbst zu schlieen und beginnt mit der Fertigung von Schalungen. Eine echte unternehmerische Herausforderung, die Guido Faresin gemeinsam mit vier anderen Mitstreitern annimmt: Einem Planer, einer Verkaufskraft und zwei Arbeitern. Wird er die Herausforderung erfolgreich meistern?

Die ersten ermutigenden Signale treffen im Mrz 1988 ein, als die erste Schalungslieferung unter der Marke Faresin samt Zubehr ausgeliefert wird. Von diesem Augenblick an ist es ein begeisterndes Crescendo: In zwanzig Jahren bewirken die Intuition und Weitsicht von Guido Faresin in Verbindung mit dem Vertrauen und der Professionalitt seiner Mitarbeiter ein kleines unternehmerisches Wunder.

Der Schlssel zum Erfolg ist die zeitgenaue und przise Analyse der Marktnachfrage und die danach ausgerichtete Fertigstellung von Produkten und neuen Technologien, die konkrete Antworten auf die Anforderungen der Bauherren geben. Durch erhebliche Investitionen in Planung und Forschung konnte mit der Zeit ein lckenloses Produktprogramm geschaffen werden, das die besonderen Anforderungen der einzelnen Mrkte erfllt. Die begleitenden Geschftsstrategien zielten darauf ab, den Internationalisierungsprozess fortlaufend zu befeuern. Als Besttigung ihrer Seriositt und Arbeitsqualitt erwarb unser Unternehmen 2004 die begehrte Zertifizierung Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

Unser Hauptquartier ist immer dort geblieben, wo alles angefangen hat. Die Werte der Grnder und die Heimatverbundenheit wurden dabei aufrecht erhalten. Noch heute liegen in Breganze (Provinz Vicenza) die Chef-, Verwaltungs-, Vertriebs- und Konstruktionsbros. Das Gelnde beherbergt zudem die an das Lager angrenzende Versandabteilung und den grten Park fr Mietausrstungen in Italien. Heute sind wir stolz, der grte italienische Produzent und weltweit einer der fhrenden 5 Anbieter von Schalungen und Systemen fr die Bauindustrie zu sein.

NUOVA SEDE | NEW HEADQUARTERSNEUE ZENTRALE |

Al termine dellestate 2012 entrata a pieno regime la nuova sede direzionale e operativa di Faresin Building, Si compie cos lennesima evoluzione dellazienda fondata nel 1987 da Guido Faresin, che mantiene ben saldo il legame con il proprio territorio senza rinunciare ad un profondo rinnovamento. A Breganze (Vicenza), su una superficie utile complessiva di oltre 32mila metri quadrati, stato realizzato un moderno polo industriale che riunisce le cinque differenti sedi nelle quali in precedenza erano distribuite le varie divisioni operative e direzionali dellazienda, a pochi chilometri luna dallaltra.

Un processo iniziato nel 2010 con la posa della prima pietra del nuovo stabilimento e completato attraverso step successivi in meno di due anni.

Sono 20.000 i metri quadrati di superficie produttiva messi a disposizione nella nuova sede; 2.000 metri quadrati suddivisi su quattro piani ospitano gli uffici, mentre la superficie esterna tra area verde, parcheggi e piazzale manovre copre quasi 10.000 metri quadrati. Numeri importanti per una sede che anche dal punto di vista logistico gi orientata al futuro: risulter infatti adiacente alla Pedemontana Veneta, la nuova superstrada sulla quale correr veloce il business nel cuore del Nord Est.

Il nuovo quartier generale di Faresin Building garantisce una migliore qualit del lavoro per tutti i dipendenti, migliorando lefficienza e la comunicazione tra le varie divisioni e offrendo agli interlocutori esterni limmagine di unazienda unita, dallidentit forte e chiaramente definita: un gruppo di professionisti pronti a raccogliere insieme le nuove sfide del business. Dallidea al prodotto finito, dalla programmazione alla distribuzione, il contributo di ogni singolo dipendente trova ora la sua migliore valorizzazione in questa sede al passo con i tempi.

At the end of summer 2012 the new headquarters of Faresin Building became fully operational. Its yet another evolution of the company founded in 1987 by Guido Faresin, which keeps firmly a link with its territory without sacrificing the chance of a profound renewal. A modern industrial center has been built in Breganze (Vicenza), on a total surface area of more than 32,000 square meters, joining five different locations where the various operating divisions and management of the company were previously divided, a few kilometers far from each other.

The process has began in 2010 with the laying of the foundation stone of the new plant and was completed by successive steps in less than two years.

In the new building are provided 20.000 square meters of production area, 2.000 square meters spread over four floors house for the offices, while the outer surface of green space, parking and operations covers almost 10,000 square meters. Great figures for this new headquarters that also from a logistical standpoint is already oriented to the future: it will be adjacent to the Pedemontana Veneta, the new freeway on which will run faster the business in the heart of the North East of Italy.

The new Faresin Building headquarters provides a better quality of work for all employees, improving efficiency and communication between the various divisions and offering to the external partners the image of company, with a strong and clearly defined identity: a group of professionals ready to meet with the new challenges of the business. From idea to realized product, from programming to distribution, the contribution of each individual employee now finds its best use in this up to date building.

Am Ende des Sommers 2012 wurde es voll einsatzfhig - das neue Hauptquartier der Faresin Building und ist somit eine deutliche Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens, das im Jahr 1987 von Guido Faresin gegrndet, fest an seinem Standort festhlt, ohne dabei tiefgreifenden Vernderungen anzustreben. In Breganze (Vicenza), auf einer Flche von insgesamt 32.000 Quadratmetern entstand eine moderne Industrieanlage, die verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche und die Fhrung des Unternehmens aus fnf verschiedenen Standorten zusammenbringt, die zuvor einige Kilometer voneinander getrennt waren.

Der Prozess begann im Jahr 2010 mit der Grundsteinlegung fr das neue Werk und vollendet durch aufeinanderfolgende Schritte in weniger als zwei Jahren.

20.000 Quadratmeter Produktionsflche stehen in dem neuen Gebude zur Verfgung, 2.000 Quadratmeter auf vier Etagen beherbergen die Bros whrend die ueren Grnflchen, Parkplatz und Lagerplatz fast 10.000 Quadratmetern einnehmen. La cassaforma rossa Faresin a telaio scatolare in acciaio di spessore 10 cm., permette di realizzare muri e quantaltro si desideri con notevole riduzione di costi di esecuzione e montaggio. I casseri assemblati parallelamente tra loro in senso verticale o longitudinale formano la sagoma della parete da realizzare.Le casseforme vengono unite tra loro tramite il morsetto allineatore o la spina e con le barre filettate recuperabili e placche garantiscono una perfetta tenuta durante la fase di getto del calcestruzzo, fino ad una pressione massima di 60/80 KN/m2.La struttura metallica rinforzata da costolature e, grazie al multistrato fenolico in legno finlandese da 18 mm, permette di realizzare pareti perfettamente lisce a faccia vista.

Diese rote Schalung mit einem 10-cm-starken schachtelfrmigem Stahlrahmen der Firma FARESIN ermglicht die Errichtung von Mauern und hnlichem zu niedrigsten Bau- und Montagekosten.Parallel senkrecht oder lngs angeordnete Senkksten bilden die Form der zu errichtenden Wand.Die Schalungen werden ber einen Ausrichtbgel oder einen Splint bzw. ber wiederverwertbare Gewindestangen miteinander verbunden; spezielle Platten sorgen fr perfekten Halt beim Einfllen von Beton, bis zu einem max. Druck von 60/80 KN/m2.Die Metallstruktur wird durch Rippen verstrkt, und dank einer mehrschichtigen Phenolverbindung aus finnischem, 18-mm-starken Holz knnen perfekt glatte Fassaden-Wnde errichtet werden.

La cassaforma di colore verde alta 270 cm., anche se in acciaio, risulta versatile e di veloce utilizzo in quanto pu essere agevolmente spostata a mano, senza lausilio di gru o mezzo telescopico. Il telaio, studiato e realizzato con un profilo da 10 cm., unito al multistrato in betulla finlandese da 18 mm., garantisce una resistenza alla pressione del calcestruzzo di 60 KN/m2. importante ricordare che le casseforme si possono posizionare sia in orizzontale sia in verticale e si abbinano con lo stesso modulo di altezza 135 cm.

In questo modo si pu realizzare qualsiasi spessore di parete. Per angoli inferiori o superiori di 90 si usano due cerniere, una interna e laltra esterna.

Quando si presenta la necessit di realizzare dei basamenti per plinti, lattrezzatura FARESIN permette, utilizzando le sue tradizionali casseforme in acciaio e gli accessori minimi, di realizzare ci che serve al cliente. Grazie alla staffa per pannelli a scorrere ed il profilo per basamenti, si possono realizzare basi della misura desiderata. I bicchieri per plinti, pozzetti o simili vengono realizzati mediante langolo interno conico e compensi in lamiera di varie misure o i casseri di altezza 1,50 m.

Sistema per realizzare platee o basamenti di plinti con pannelli orizzontali a scorrere max altezza 100 cm.

Compensi: In lamiera di colore verde. Si utilizza prevalentemente come compenso di parti interne di pozzetti e plinti.

Angolo interno conico fisso: In acciaio, di colore verde, indispensanile per lesecuzione di casseri interni di pozzetti e plinti, in quanto permette lo sfilamento del cassero completo.

When it is necessary to realize bases for plinths, the FARESIN equipment enables to realize what the customer needs using its traditional steel formwork and the basic accessories. Thanks to the sliding panel stirrup and the base section it is possible to realize bases with the wished size. Bells for plinths, pits or similar are realized with the tapered inner corner and sheet shims with different sizes, or 1.50-m high moulds.

Concrete bed or pile base realization system with sliding horizontal panels: max height 100 cm.

Compensation: Painted green, mainly used to compensate inner parts of underground vanes and piles.
