1. To review the final administrative and logistical arrangements for Day 2 of the 5th GMS Summit.

2. To conduct a final review of the status of the 5th Summit Deliverables. 3. To review the proposed order/flow of proceedings of the Sessions/Events on Day 2 of

the Summit 4. To consider possible points/issues the Leaders may raise in the Retreat 5. To review the proposed drafts of the Statements from, the various forums on Day 1.

Session 1: Review of the Final Administrative and Logistical Arrangements for Summit Thailand, as Summit host, will present the status and updates on the administrative and logistical arrangements for Day 2 of the Summit,

Session 2: Final Review of the Status of the 5th Summit Deliverables The Meeting will review the updated/final status report on the Summit deliverables prepared by the GMS Secretariat. Presenter: Mr. Cuong Minh Nguyen, GMS Secretariat

Session 3: Review of the Order/Flow of Proceedings of the Sessions/Events on Day 2 of the Summit The Meeting will review the proposed order or flow of proceedings for the Plenary Session, the Leaders’ Retreat, and the Media Briefing, including the physical layout for these events. Presenter: NESDB

Session 4: Possible Points/Issues to be Raised by the Leaders in the Retreat GMS delegates are expected to share possible key messages, themes, points, and issues that may be raised by their Leaders in the Retreat.
