How to Create Your Own Foam Tool Organizer

Step 1: Measure and TraceMeasure inside size of the drawer or tool box to cut and fit two-layer sheet. Adhere tool trace grid sheet to non-adhesive side of 1/2" sheet. Layout tools on grid sheet and trace their shape.

Step 2: Cut Follow along trace lines to cut out the tool shapes. Remove remainder of the tool trace sheet.

Step 3: AdhereRemove adhesive liner from 1/2" foam sheet. Adhere the adhesive side of the 1/2" sheet to the solid 1/4" sheet.

Step 4: InstallFit foam sheet into tool drawer or tool box. Insert tools in their new, organized location spaces.

Create and display a visual chart identifying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for use by employees, contractors, and visitors. Ideal for posting at entrances, doorways, time-clocks, lockers, and more – Capture attention and visualize your company’s PPE policy of what is to be worn and used, in and around your facility.

This 24" x 18" chart is designed so that you can add specific PPE as required. Chart is a template with blank spaces provided that is filled in by placing PPE product pictorials from the included Label Booklet.
