SITUATION The land is situated near Radnor, to the north of Redruth near the Globe Vale Holiday Park and Wheal Peevor Mine. The field has frontage to and access off the minor country road and there is good off road riding out over the many paths, trails and minor country lanes in the area. THE LAND From the land there are attractive far reaching views over the surrounding countryside, the majority of which is a World Heritage Site, towards Portreath and the North Coast as well as Carn Brea to the south west. The field extends to 5.85 acres or thereabouts and is currently comprised within a single field which is level or very gently sloping. The land is classified as Grade III on the Land Classification Map for the area and is in good heart. The hedges and field boundaries have some young shrubs and trees planted to provide shelter and increase the habitat. There are two gated entrances off the road and the field could easily be divided and sold in two lots. In the northern corner of the land is a hard standing parking area of approx. 20m x 18m, enclosed by post and wire/net fencing allowing off road parking for vehicles, horseboxes etc. The field is bound by Cornish hedges with some internal fencing. The land would be suitable for a number of uses including agricultural and hobby farming, equestrian use, lifestyle interests and hobbies etc.
