n At Hammill, ISO 13485 Applies to Surgical Instruments as well as Implants – Eventhoughthesurgicalinstrumentisnotgoingtostaypermanentlyinthehumanbody,wemanufactureinstrumentsinthesamemannerasiftheywereimplants.Wemaintainmaterialtraceabilityandcompliancecertificationasweapplygoodmanufacturingpracticesthroughoutthemanufacturingprocess.Acompletedocumentationpackagewillbesuppliedwitheachindividualinstrument.

n Rebuild, Reconditioning & Redesign–Asthesurgicalinstrumentsgetworn ordamaged,weproviderebuildandreconditioningserviceswhichbringstheinstrumentbackupto“asnew”specification.Inaddition,ourengineersworkclosely withourcustomerstoredesigninstrumentstoimproveinstrumentlifeandfunction.
