Black Mirror- Netflix A 21st century version of The Twilight Zone- each episode is a stand alone story that stretches out a scenario to the absolute extreme. Not for the faint of heart, but for those who dare, it will take you to places you have never thought to imagine.

Christina’s World ~ Andrew Wyeth A beautiful piece of art that reminds me of the aphorism by John Peters, “My private self is obscure to you, but my public self is obscure to me.”

Days of Heaven~ Terrence Malick, 1978 Love story intertwined with working in the Great Depression. The cinematography is breathtaking; specifically shot during the ‘magic hours’ of sunrise and sunset. Perfectly complimented with a score by Ennio Morricone.

Wilco Band from Chicago, IL with a mashup of folk, rock, and pop sound. Their album “Yankee Hotel Foxtrot” is amazing!
