It is that time of year again when the four houses from the Family Resource and Residential Program gather together and amid fierce rivalry, compete to see who will be FRP’s Bowling Champions. The evening started with everyone relaxed and eager to bowl. Round one saw a battle between all four houses with the two lowest averages knocked out. All eyes were on the scoreboard as the teams neared the end of the round. It was houses “Richardson” and “Berallier” to advance to the final round. The finals began and “Berallier” quickly moved ahead. “Richardson” made up ground with some excellent strikes. It was anybody’s match. The scores were too tight to call. Everyone waited with anticipation as the adjudicators tallied the scores. We held our breaths as they announced… “and the winner is ‘Richardson’.’’ The difference in the average scores was just 1 point. Well done to the “Richardson” team of Malisa, Sarah, Shai, Luke and Emma (pictured above). Will it be back to back wins in 2009? The challenge has been issued! Houses bowl off for 2008 title
