Who am I?• My background - Chinese native speaker - Majored in English in college from China - Studying for Educational Master Degree in the U.S. • My experience - Four years of teaching experience in Mandarin - I have been taught all ages (K-12) including after school programs and summer camp.

Classroom Rules

• First time: verbal warning• Second time: in class detention and parent

contact• Third time: school detention• Fourth time: send to principal office

Consequences

• Tier 1: set up clear classroom rules and procedures; maximize classroom learning time;

differentiation in teaching strategies; establish a positive learning environment• Tier 2: classroom discussions & revisit

classroom rules and procedures• Tier 3: for extreme case, I will set up one-

on- one intervention and also get parents involved, or administers involved if needed.
