5 Dimensions of Teaching & Learning™ (5D™) / 5D+™ Teacher Evaluation Rubric Orientation to Training and Materials, Intro to CEL & Instructional Framework, and Classroom Environment & Culture Learning Targets Develop understanding of how CEL foundational ideas, the 5D instructional framework and the 5D+ teacher evaluation rubric connect. Increase awareness of how the new model for teacher evaluation is dierent from the old model. Enhance skills in the use of the inquiry process during classroom observations. Success Criteria I can articulate the role of the 5D instructional framework, the 5D+ rubric and instructional leadership in supporting teacher growth.
