the Government of Bolivia through the Ministry of Transport. 3. Arranged support from China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation

for a large Construction Group from China and Peninsula Infrastructure Partners, LLC an amount of $600 Million to finance expansion of Bayonne Port Infrastructure, New Jersey in the United States;

December, 2010 –Arranged from China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation for Integrated Infrastructure Corp. an amount of $250 Million export credit line in the amount of $200 Million to participate in bidding for a Metro LRT Project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the Government’s Ministry of Transportation.January, 2011 –

1. Arranged for a credit insurance under a Build and Transfer (BT) from China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation to finance Tripoli Tower in Tripoli, Libya. Project Costs: $85 Million. The project was on-hold as we were overrun by events in Libya;

2. Arranged financing from China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation to finance acquisition of Passenger Buses for the Government of Libya’s Ministry of Transportation. Project Costs: $37 Million. The project was on-hold as we were overrun by events in Libya.

April, 2014 –Acted as Financial and Transaction Advisor for Primus Hotel Corporation to finance a Hotel project in Paterson City, New Jersey. Project Costs: $80 Million.March, 2015 -Arranged a credit guarantee from Atradius of Netherlands for RL Logistics of Tanzania an amount of $500,000.00 to finance acquisition of material handling equipments from Tito Lift Trucks of Netherlands;April, 2015 –Arranged a loan from Banco Agricola, in the Dominican Republic in the amount of $2 Million to finance Milan Farms Dominicana, S.A. expansion plan for its mango, plantain and melon farms;June, 2015 to Present -

1. Arranged a loan from an accredited US EXIM BANK’s Financial Intermediary for RL Logistics of Tanzania an amount of $300,000.00 to finance acquisition of construction equipments.

2. Arranged financing from Korea to finance the requirements of Tema Oil Refinery in Ghana to supply and install a 120 TPH Boiler and related equipments. Project Costs: $10.04 Million, at the same time participated in a bidding for the Project.

3. On-going negotiations with some creditors to finance Milan Farms’ 50MW Solar Energy Project in the amount of $60.5 Million. The project is located in Bani, Dominican Republic.

4. Helped arranged partial financing from Korea an amount of $100 Million to finance a 100MW Natural Gas Fired Power Plant of Milan Farms and its Partner, Corban Energy Group of New Jersey. The Project is located at Bani, Dominican Republic; and

5. On-going negotiations with some creditors to finance a Solar Energy Project and a natural gas fired Power Plant Project in Tanzania;

11. Experience as a Resource Speaker

1. Export Finance hosted by various World Trade Center Organizations and Chamber of Commerce Organizations in the East Coast. Yearly, he is also invited to be a resource speaker on Export Finance for an Asian Pension Funds hosted by Shorex of Singapore and at Shorex Head Office in Switzerland;

2. Resource speaker for Latin Rail Conferences (2010 and 2011) held in Miami, Florida hosted by Terrapinn.com. And in 2012, a Conference was held by the same Group, in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he submitted a Paper on the subject of debt and equity, project finance and Public-Private-Participation (PPP);

3. Submitted a Paper for a UK based, International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC), in its May, 2013 Conference entitled “Transport Infrastructure, West Africa, 2013” held in Ghana, West

Africa, where most of the Ministers of Transport of various West African Governments have attended the said Conference. The topic assigned to him during the Conference was “Financing Government Infrastructure Projects, How do we go forward?”

4. Co-hosted a training program, entitled “Business Planning, 2013, with the Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce of Essex County(http://www.haccecnj.org/). It was a very successful event, and as a result the US Government supported the organization with funding to continuously support the Latino Businesses in the Essex County;

5. Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce and Industry invited Mr. Sopot as their Guest Speaker last August 14, 2013;

6. CTIP has so far hosted three (3) events for the year, 2014. Two events were held last February, 2014 entitled Economic Forum in the City of Paterson, the other was about Travel and Tourism Forum, 2014. The third event was last April 4, 2014 entitled, Paterson City: Investors Forum – Part 1 – INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS.

7. November, 2015 – Conducted PPP Seminar dubbed as PPP101 – An Introduction to Public-Private-Partnership;

8. August, 2015, hosted a Conference on Trade and Investments for a Trade Delegation from Jianxie Province, China attended by top Government Officials of the Province and Jiangxie’s Business Leaders.

9. December, 2015, hosted a Conference on Banking in New Jersey for a Trade Delegation from Hubei Province, China attended by top Government Officials of the Province and Hubei’s Business Leaders.

12. Creating PPP Institute CTIP is into promoting the creation of PPP Institute in New Jersey and overseas, by partnering with Schools and Universities. As a starter, he has successfully executed and organized a PPP Institute at MBTC in Uganda. MBTC stands for Meritorious BizTech College, Kampala, Uganda.
