Symposium Dinner Venue Southern Star Observation Wheel
The Symposium Dinner will be held at Southern Star Observation Wheel – an exciting new tourism development in Melbourne’s Waterfront City precinct. The Southern Star is Australia’s first and only observation wheel, flying to a spectacular 120 metres.
