Weight Check & Laser Mark Automation• This 3 station Rotary table Machine has replaced 3

persons working at separate stations. The error possibility has reduced to zero due to operation interlock between weighing & Laser marking.

• In this case the product (Engine seals) were to be marked with batch code only if the weight of product is between specified window.

• Front Grill punching is a post mold operation. This needs 22 holes to be punched in the front grill for adding Glazed child parts.

• All the holes are at a different angle to suit the contour of the grill.

• Three Hydro-pneumatic presses made this operation simple. We used Wedge operated punches to suit the various angles of holes.

• The safety light curtain prevents accidents during operation.

Mirror Stay Rod Torque test cum Crimping SPM

• To maintain the torque between stay rod & Mirror assembly is a very crucial aspect in 2 Wheeler mirrors. But to check torque in 100% assemblies is a difficult job, because it is a manual operation.

• In case if the mirror is made from sheet metal (as the shown in photos) then rework is also not possible. So a hi cost waste is generated.

• Solution is a machine which can test torque before crimping the Sheet metal case. The wrong parts are not crimped & an alarm alerts the operator.

• Measurement least count is 5 Grams

display the key Code on its LCD screen, as we insert the key in its hole. In the photo we can see the actual sensing part.
