Monday 3/23: Home AssignmentsThese activities should be completed on the Seesaw App. Students will log on via the home learning codes. If you are unable to access this app, please complete these activities in the My Fundations Journal previously sent home!

Fundations: 10 minutesPlease complete the Drill-Sound Warmup. Assigned on Seesaw or have student look at each, say the letter, keyword, and sound. Example: a, apple, ahh

Reading: 20 minutesIndependent reading for at least 20 minutes. Remember to use strategies from school and log it on the reading log. Reading log is required, as this will be needed to document your learning.

Feeling teach savvy? You can choose to record and upload some reading on Seesaw.

Writing: 20 minutesIn each writing, please include capitals/punctuation, spell words / word parts you know correctly, use best handwriting, and include a detailed sketch! Time allowing, reread your work and add colors to sketches, as appropriate.

Prompts Assigned on Seesaw. If writing in the Fundations Journal is easier, please feel free to upload a picture of the work into the Seesaw assignment each day using the camera tool!

If Seesaw is unavailable, please complete in My Fundations Journal. Include more than one sentence and an illustration. Read your writing aloud when you are finished!

Writing Prompt: Did you play inside or outside this weekend. Draw and write about what you did.

Math: 30 minutes- Problem of the day – Assigned on Seesaw. Complete task in My

Fundations Journal if Seesaw is unavailable: Copy the place value blocks into your Fundations Journal or

on paper. Practice counting by 10s and 1s. Write the 2-digit number on the line.

- Please complete at least 2 pages from packet each day- Fast Facts – Xtra Math, Freckle, or Happy Numbers, daily

o Happy Numbers – Class Code: 816471. They will be asked for a password. This will be the same as their Raz-Kids password (aka class/cubby number ex: 01…20).

Science / Social Studies / Health: 20 minutes“Sources of Light” emojis - assigned on Seesaw.

If Seesaw unavailable, please respond by drawing sources of light in your Fundations journal. More fun… use black construction paper and crayons to illustrate the sources of light.
