National Management ConventionAIMA organizes the National Management Convention (NMC) which is its annual flagship event. The Convention focuses on a topical theme of national importance, based on current events. The Convention is addressed by eminent speakers, including Ministers, CEOs and Thought Leaders from different spheres of life, who share their views with participants through interactive sessions.

The theme for the Convention this year is 'Beyond Recovery: New Rules of the Game' and it will focus on strategies to rebuild business for changed conditions and behavior. This year the Convention is being organized on the 22 – 23 September 2021 - in the digital mode due to the ongoing pandemic and is being chaired by Mr Sanjay Kirloskar, Immediate Past President, AIMA and Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.

AIMA has held several online programmes successfully over the last year. The last Conclave held in April 2021, had over 120000 views. We expect a similar participation at this year's NMC not only from big corporates and senior Industry leaders, but also from Business Schools across the country, as well as many Start Ups. The event will be live streamed on AIMA Social Media channels - YouTube, Facebook and Twitter - which would further increase the viewership by several thousands.
