The Camp Experience….
Academics, Arts, Sciences & AthleticsEach week campers in kindergarten through 5th jump into
action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring
nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts,
playing a part in group activities and attending special
events. Our activity blocks are sprinkled throughout each
week, giving campers fun and variety in their camp day.
Our campers expand their horizons, embark on new
adventures, and most importantly, have fun. Our exceptional
program and dedicated staff create an environment that
forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a
summer experience that is unforgettable!
Our camp features a unique selection of indoor and outdoor
activities and field trips that take advantage of resources in
the local area.
Our specialty camps are optional programs, operating during
regular camp hours and provide even more choices for
unique and exciting adventures.

Morning MeetingOur daily pep rally is a time for
campers to gather for songs, chants and
challenges that promote collaboration

Have your child join us for one of our Specialty Camps! With convenient times during our regular Summer Camp
Program, campers can attend two specialty camps without missing any field trips or other fun activities! Spaces
are limited to 18 students per Specialty Camp so once they are full, we will not accept any more campers!
Indicate on your child’s registration form which camps you would like them to attend. The cost listed is the total
for the specialty camp (not daily).

For Campers Who Completed Grades 4-5 Only
What to ExpectTake our school-age camp to the next level with our Crew X Extreme Camp!
Eligibility Requirements:
• Completed 4th or 5th grade
Not only do Crew X members attend all of our field trips throughout the
summer, but they also go on an additional field trip each week to an
‘extreme’ location.
Being chosen to be a part of Crew X is both a reward and a privilege—it
means that you are one of the oldest kids at camp, and that you are looked
up to and admired by our younger campers. That being said, Crew X
members are expected to behave in a certain manner and to demonstrate
appropriate behavior both within the KIDS’ Campus and while out on field
trips.
In order to be considered for Crew X, please be sure to submit your
registration form and deposit to save their spot!

2020 Fee Schedule & Details
Enchanted Care KIDS’ Campus- Gahanna
Two camper t-shirts are provided to each camper at no
additional cost. Additional shirts can be purchased for $15
each.
Licensing Paperwork, Permission Slips, etc. will be sent via
email in May. All campers must have updated paperwork on
file in order to attend camp. Starting will be delayed if not
submitted prior to start date.
A deposit equal to your tuition is required at time of enrollment
to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your
camper’s final week of camp. Weekly camp fees are due every
Monday morning at drop-off for that week of camp and are
subject to a $25 late fee if not received by 12 p.m. Tuesday.

Payment PolicyLunch & SnacksMorning Snack is offered at 7:30 to any campers that are present.
We will close morning snack at 8:45. Each morning, one item is
offered as well as the snack cart of muffins or granola bars if they
prefer to have that instead.
Lunch is offered daily to all campers at no additional charge. On
field trips days, campers are provided a packed lunch as well.
Portions provided follow the child nutrition guidelines.
Afternoon Snack is offered daily around 3/3:30, depending field trip
schedules.
Field Trip Calendar
Our field trip calendar will be released once all field trips have
been confirmed. Many vendors will not book our field trips untilearly Spring, which is why our calendar is not released when weopen registration. On average, campers attend 2-3 field trips per
week.
Communication
2020 Important Reminders
Enchanted Care KIDS’ Campus- Gahanna
Campers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate
clothing and close-toes shoes, and should also consider
bringing a water bottle. Campers must wear camp t-shirts on
field trip days. On water days, please have your camper wear
their bathing suit under their clothing and bring a towel,
undergarments, a change of clothing and bag for wet items.

Registration Policy
Daily Schedule
When not on a field trip, campers rotate through a block schedule
from 9:00-4:00 daily. Anything prior to 9:00 is considered our
‘Before Camp’ program where they have an open choice of activities.
Anything after 4:00 is considered our ‘After Camp’ program.
We begin our day at 9:00 with our Morning Meeting/Camp Kick-
off in the game room. Campers are grouped by grade level. Daily
schedules for pick-up and drop-off are located in the lobby and are
updated daily.
We provide sunblock to all campers with a $15 one-time fee. If
your child has a specific sunscreen you prefer, you can provide
us your brand instead of the fee. Typically they go through 2-3
bottles per summer and we let you know when they are getting
low. We apply sunblock before departing for field trips, every 2
hours if outside, and prior to playing outdoors on campus.
Communication is sent via our Links2Home App. Upon enrollment,
you will receive all communication for weekly reminders, important
information and upcoming events through this app. Your primary
parent email is used to create your App account.
Daily Check-In TimesCampers can begin being dropped off at 7:00. Each week our
schedule varies for what time campers must be checked in by for
field trips. This communication is sent out every Friday for the
following week. Some check in times may be early due to our field
trip vendors scheduled times. If your child is not checked in prior to
departing for a field trip, care will not be provided.
Once registration is submitted, changes will not be made to
your child’s schedule. Tuition will be charged based on the
registered weeks, regardless of attendance. If you do not know
what vacation week you will be using, please indicate TBD on
your registration form. A two-week notice is needed to apply
your vacation credit towards the week you won’t attend.
