自然自然自然自然、環境教育環境教育環境教育環境教育與國內童軍運動國內童軍運動國內童軍運動國內童軍運動之推展推展推展推展(1) 前言前言前言前言童軍運動創始人貝登堡爵士始終非常重視自然教育對於青年的影響，他曾在下方的插圖中寫下”Nature study is the key activity in Scouting and Guiding”(研習自然是童軍與女童軍的關鍵活動)，並且在一百年前就很有遠見地強調自然生態與人類之間關係的重要性。世界童軍總會多年來一直在推動”世界童軍保育計畫”(與 WWF 合作)並落實在活動與進程中；然而，為了讓世界童軍運動在生態議題上能與時俱進，於是在 2008 年的第 38 屆世界童軍會議中，揭露新階段的活動指引” 世界童軍環境計畫”(World Scout Environment Programme ) ，其中不但維持原有的活動與進程內涵，更明定”童軍自然與環境優質教育中心” ( Scout Centers of Excellence for Nature and Environment, SCENE ) 擔任落實推廣工作的基地與平台。本文將分享相關資訊，並嘗試就該計畫可能為國內童軍活動可產生的綜合效益加以說明，期待與國內童軍伙伴共襄盛舉。 ” 世界童軍環境計畫世界童軍環境計畫世界童軍環境計畫世界童軍環境計畫”(World Scout Environment Programme ) 本指引計畫中詳細規畫了範疇、原則、目標、進程、資源；主要功能是提供各國童軍總會基本的方向，以落實環境教育與童軍活動的結合，並且與世界潮流接軌，與現代生活議題同步。計畫範疇：童軍活動中有關環境教育的原則與目標童軍活動中有關環境教育架構，與”世界童軍環境章” 計畫活動資源 SCENES –童軍自然與環境優質教育中心 “世界童軍獎章”Scouts of the World Award(15~26歲) 外界合作伙伴
