1. Unusual Sounds

3. Air Duct Damage

2. Chewed Electrical Wires

4. The Talcum Test

Small, fast-paced movements coming from your attic

are usually the first sign that you have a problem.

After determining you have a rodent issue,

sprinkle talcum powder along the edge of the

walls where you think they might come in and

check the next day. How many footprints are

there? This is will give you an idea of the size of

your infestation.

Has your air conditioning been smelling a little

off? Maybe it's time to check if there are rat

nests in the ducts. Also a great reminder to stay

on top of your heating and cooling systems

maintenance in order to keep the air in your

home allergen and pest-free!

The gnawing of wires have been known to cause

electrical shortages and even set off home alarm

systems.

It is recommended to immediately set out baiting

or traps to confirm you have unwanted visitors due

to their ability to hide in small spaces.

Protect your investment and contact eradication

services immediately if any of these instances

happen or you notice that wires have been

chewed on.

Once discovering the issue, do not try to combat it on your

own. Seek professional help to stop the infestation before it

spreads!
