Fan - All DL take the gap to the outside of their alignment. Twist - Stunt bet ween N & T. Strongside DL goes 1st. Switch - DE's switch responsibilities with Strike or Whip Weak - All DL take gap to the weakside. Bull - Bull rush OL then slip to your assigned gap. Gap - Interior DL line up in assigned gap and shoot it. Tango - T & N "fan" and DE's loop to the inside. Loop - DE's crash to the inside while N & T loop outside.  Axe - Ends widen and crash, no contain responsibility. DEFENSIVE RULES 1. The "strong" side of an offensive fo rmation is the side where the Tight End is lined up. If there are 2 TE's strength is the wide side of the field or th e 2 receiver side. If there are no TE's, streng th is wide side of field. 2. The DL will always take their assigned gap out of BASE no matter what front we are in unless a stunt is called. 3. The DE's will have outside contain responsibilty and will line up outside shade of the last man on the LOS to their side.
