We require $100 Refundable Sanitation Bond, returned within 10 days after you pass BBC clean-up inspection. Note: IF USING PROPANE, ONLY ONE #20 (LPG) PROPANE CONTAINER ALLOWED PER VENDOR. DEADLINES: Fees good through May 8th. Starting May14, fees MUST be paid by PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order or Cash, and include additional $25 Late Fee. FEES: SPACE: 10’x10’ @ $300, 10’x15’@ $425, Corner Reservation (cannot be guaranteed) $25 Surcharge, written as separate check. Refundable Sanitation Bond $100. *BBC CRAFTS CONTRACT & COMMUNITY BOARD #2 RULES: An application is a commitment to exhibit & to accept any space assigned. NO seconds, ‘Sale,’ or unauthorized merchandise permitted. Vendors MUST be licensed & collect NYS sales tax. The BBC B.A. is not liable for failure to meet obligations due to things beyond our control (weather, acts of God or legal authorities, etc.) & cannot issue refunds under those circumstances. Nor are we responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitors’ wares. Vendor use of trees/tree guards/buildings absolutely prohibited. No unauthorized, amplified music, speaker microphones or loud “hawking” of goods allowed. Please be sensitive to local residents & make no unnecessary noise, especially during set-up, which begins at 9am- no sooner.
